REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you're outside Portugal, processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
