Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations We ship to Portugal, the European Union, and international destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Portugal mainland: €5 — 10–20 business days
  • Portugal islands (Azores & Madeira): €5 — 10–20 business days
  • European Union: €5 — 10–20 business days
  • International: €5 — 10–20 business days

Free shipping available on orders over €100.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We do not collect these fees at checkout.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address Issues We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details — we’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
